dry cider is predominantly made from heritage English and French cider apple varieties grown on site or by friends on the Mornington Peninsula.
This cider underwent secondary bottle fermentation for a natural fizz and
has only very slight residual natural fruit sugars.
Flavour may vary each year based on seasonal characteristics. Cider is not filtered and a slight sediment may form in the bottle.
